Welcome
If you’re here, you may already know me from Instagram.
You’ve seen how confusing feeding advice can be.
You’ve probably felt how isolating it can be to wonder if what you’re experiencing is normal.
Expecting with Grace exists to offer clarity, reassurance, and personalized support — especially when social media alone isn’t enough.
Who I Support
I work with parents who want clear, evidence-based guidance around feeding — without fear, pressure, or perfection.
You might be:
Preparing to breastfeed and wanting to feel informed before baby arrives
Planning on pumping and bottle feeding or formula feeding and looking for guidance and support
Navigating breastfeeding or pumping questions postpartum
Returning to work and trying to make pumping sustainable
Introducing bottles or balancing breast and bottle feeding
Wondering what’s normal — and what might need extra support
Whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or a few months into feeding, you deserve calm, trustworthy guidance.

My approach is rooted in:
Evidence-based education
Realistic expectations
Respect for your goals and circumstances
Clear explanations instead of conflicting advice
I believe confidence comes from understanding why things work — not from rigid rules or fear-based messaging.
Calm. Practical. Judgment-free.
I’m a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), physician assistant, and mom of three.
Becoming a parent reshaped how I think about care. I know what it’s like to want reliable information and compassionate support — especially during vulnerable moments.
In this space, I practice as a Certified Lactation Counselor, offering breastfeeding and pumping education and support so families can feel informed, supported, and confident in their feeding decisions.
Hi, I’m Grace.
About Me
Important Information
These services are provided as breastfeeding, bottle feeding and pumping education and support by a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC). They are educational in nature and do not replace medical care.
While I can help with latch concepts and troubleshooting during virtual visits, some concerns — such as significant pain, nipple damage, or infant weight gain concerns — are best addressed through in-person lactation or medical care. I will always guide you when additional support is recommended.
