Hi, I’m Grace.
I’m a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), physician assistant, and mom of three.
Before becoming a parent, I understood feeding from a clinical perspective. After becoming a mom, I understood it emotionally — how vulnerable, overwhelming, and personal feeding decisions can feel, especially in the early days.
Expecting with Grace was created to bridge that gap.
I believe parents deserve clear, evidence-based information delivered with compassion, realism, and respect for individual goals — not fear-based advice or one-size-fits-all rules.
My Approach
I support families through breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, and combination feeding by focusing on:
Education over pressure
Understanding over judgment
Practical guidance over perfection
My role is to help you understand what’s normal, what’s flexible, and when extra support may be helpful — so you can make informed decisions that work for your family.
In this space, I practice as a Certified Lactation Counselor, providing education and support. I do not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical treatment, and I will always guide you toward in-person lactation or medical care when that level of support is more appropriate.
When we work together, you can expect:
A calm, supportive environment
Honest, evidence-based guidance
Respect for your feeding goals and circumstances
Clear explanations without overwhelm
Whether you’re preparing for feeding before birth or navigating feeding questions postpartum, my goal is for you to leave feeling more confident and less alone.
